Not able to view image/icons when creating a ticket

During issue creation, images/icons are not visible from the request type drop down. When inspecting the images found Error Message:

 

"You do not have permission to view avatar"

Are you using one of the supported browsers listed on the link below?

https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/supported-browsers-for-atlassian-cloud-products/ 

If you are, I would suggest cleaning your cache. If that doesn't work, then contact Atlassian support.
