Not allowed to set my time zone in JIRA

I went to account settings and saw that my time zone was not set and when trying to make that change I was shown a message that my account is managed by someone else, that I was not allowed to make changes.

Resolved. I figured out how to do this, the trick was to not try it as an administrator but as an end user. Took me right there and made changes to my time zone right away.
