Not receive any email notifcation when new ticket is logged

1. Notifications in Jira
Currently, the three of us do not receive any email notification when a new ticket is logged in Jira. We only receive emails once we’ve assigned a ticket to ourselves and the client replies back.

  • Are we missing something in our Jira notification setup?

  • Please see the screenshot below showing my current profile settings for reference

Please assist us with enabling this.

Hi @Greg Kusel 

welcome to the community and thanks for you question.

Could you please check your internal Notification settings. 
It will probably look like this at the top:

The easiest way would be to add the Role of Service Desk Team to the recipients.
