Hi there,

For offboarding is it possible to show a list of groups a person is a member of in Jira.  This can just be a comment on the ticket or sent as an email to IT or something?

So basically the user assets are listed on the form in an insight field, just wondering how we can determine what groups they are part of, is this possible.

Thanks.

Not sure why you would need to add this for IT as when the Jira administrator comes to off-board the account the list of groups that the person is currently in will be shown as part of their user details anyway.

Once an account is disabled they will not have access to any of the groups any longer.

It is not necessary for you to know the groups someone is in to inform an administrator as they will see this automatically. All you need to do is ask for the user's account to be disabled.
