On the side of the tickets where approvers label generates there are some old labels showing that I want to stop from showing up and I want some to be Bold and some labels to be removed.

We had a CAB and Approvers labels that are no longer used on the tickets but still show up how do I remove those and for other labels and information I want to show up on the ticket side bar how do we get things to generate there in bold text?

For instance Approvers isn't be used on specific issue types so we want a different label to populate in its place like System Change Approver.

Is there a way to add and remove those items on the ticket after they are generated?

Hi ageister,

Currently, it's not possible to manage the labels or remove it directly, so to completely remove a label, you need to remove from all the tickets and then it will no longer appear on the list.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
Please, click on vote and watch in order to hear about updates on the development cycle.
Also, as labels are a simple text we can't change its format, so it's not possible to make it bold.

Regards,
Angélica

Hey there,

I think what might help grab some more responses on your question is to include some screenshots that illustrate your current challenge. I'm having a hard time identifying your specific use case, and this would really help me out (others as well) in finding you a solution.
