Where can I see the Organization details in a ticket view?

To see this on issue fields in JSM you'll need to enable the feature in Settings:
After this, you can create Organizations and also create fields on them as well. This will allow you to see this information in the right-hand information pane on the issue view.

Hi @Balaji Ks , welcome to the Community. Might I ask what you mean by Organization details? If you mean what customers are in the specified organization then this can be determined under the Customers view but not in a specific issue view. If you mean something else please elaborate.
