In another project management service I use, I can place a task or project in multiple folders (which work like tags, sort of). So for instance, a task to "Read some article" could be in many folders at the same time such as: urgency-medium-high, Mountain Time Clients, Colorado Clients, Attorneys, Personal Injury Attorneys, etc, etc.
Is there anyway to approach this using Jira products or other Atlassian components?
Hi @stinkykong
There are a few approaches to solve this:
In addition to the above, you can create a filter/dashboard with all the necessary results you want to see.
Hope that helps!
Alex

Hi, @stinkykong !
Another solution, you can check if you're convenient with Marketplace plugins, is Recurring Checklists and Report.
Also, the Recurring function allows you to automate checklists creation and make management more effective.

Hi @stinkykong,
I am Marlene from codefortynine.
If you want to work with template tasks and clone/copy them, you can also check out our app Deep Clone for Jira.
With our app you can (bulk) clone issues and move them to other projects, issue types, or instances.
