I have an issue where Outlook blocks the images added to the notification template.
The images are displayed correctly when I forward the email from Outlook to my Gmail account, so I know the HTML configuration is correct.
I am looking for the location in Exchange or Entra where the JSM email address can be added to the safe list of email addresses.
I do appreciate any assistance on this issue.
