Password request when viewing order

I have a Jira project that is open for requests, no username and password are required, but for a specific email, when clicking on "View Request" it asks to register with a password.

The issue may be related with User Permissions. Please make sure that the project has the below settings:

• Go to https://your-site.atlassian.net/jira/settings/products/servicedesk/customer-access (please replace "your-site" with your instance name
• Make sure the box "Customers can access and send requests from the portal without logging in" is checked

Please note this configuration is not on a project-level, but instance level, meaning it would affect other existing service management portals you may have.
