Permissions to edit and delete other comment's

Has something changed with the permissions?

all the sudden there are reports of others being able to edit/delete comments in both JSM and JIra Project?

I know how to change back but its strange. was there something in the recent release?

Welcome to the community :)

As far as we see nothing has changed in the permission for comments. They remain as below

Maybe a common group which has JSM and jira users has this permission in both JSM and Jira leading to users commenting on both the projects

Or any Any logged in user is given this permission
