Could you please help to solve this issue?
We can not send notification email to assignee after issue resolved.
We are using JIRA service management - Data Center solution, although we can receive notification email for all issue events: created, updated, we cannot receive the notification for the case issue resolved.
This is our setting.
1) Disable email batch notification
2) Project setting enable notification for issue resolved event.
3) Issue which has been resolved.

This setting is now a rule that is customized by administrators.... Write an automation rule that when resolution field is changed sends out email to reporter and designated parties.
Thank you, but I don't understand why the setting of notification for "issue resolved" event does not work in this case, we don't want to write an automation rule because it takes a lot of effort and not easy for user to customize.
