Plugin pricing - users in terms of agents or users in different roles?

Hi All, 

Please clarify , when i check monthly pricing on the jira Apps, a payment per user means that it will be payment per each internal user of JSM no matter which role he is in, or only agents?

@Vera Valshonok For Jira, the top most licensed product that you have subscribed is taken into consideration. If it is only JSM, then the number of JSM licensed agents is what is counted towards the app license. It has nothing to do with the project role. 

If you have a JSW plan also added and it has more number of licensed users than JSM, then it will be considered for the app billing. If a user has both JSM and JSW license, it will only be counted as 1.
