Problem logging in to the JIRA admin panel

I'm having a problem with management in Jira. I became the only admin in the organization and I am not able to manage, for example, users in the project. Theoretically, I have administrator rights, but when I try to log in, I get information that the password is incorrect. You log in with a Microsoft account that is associated with JIRA.

Do you have separate accounts for working and as an administrator in an Atlassian Cloud Jira? Have you tried setting the password in the Microsoft directory for that user?

are you saying that you have forgotten your password? I don't understand your last sentence regarding Microsoft.
