Procedure to make connection between jira cloud and data center using application links

While making connection using application link 6 bits asking about consumer key service provider key . How to solve this

Hi , thanks for the response but i've  already followed the document that  you mentioned but it did not mentioned the required procedure . Following web link which i followed to create token and its giving consumerkey error that i ve attached in the above(consumerkeyError.png)and also   Im attaching imgs  which shows the required fields that is asking while making connection , pls go through them and help me
