Project Settings > Issues > Layout

Hello,

When I go to Project Settings > Issues > Layout, the option "Layout" is not listed on the left side bar. I have full access, as a ORG ADMIN. I just cant change the Issue Layout.

Anyone had the same problems?

Hi @Loic 

I hope you are using a Jira Service Management project.

To change the Service Management layout, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Project Settings → Request Management → Request Types.
2. Select the relevant Request Type and go to its Issue View.
3. Modify the layout as needed.
