Project automation send email stopped working October 2019

Project automation send email has suddenly stopped sending emails. The audit log says success for sending mails and no errors reported.

Althoug this is an old question wanted to check and see if you have this sorted. 

If not, it would be helpful to see the rule in order to help while contacting support could be the next best action.
