Hello Community,
I need help with the following issue:
We receive various requests through a service project. I want to provide users with an overview of all open issues—ideally in a list on a knowledge base page.
I have created a corresponding page and embedded a table based on a JQL query.
For me as an admin, everything works as expected. Users can see the page, but not the table. However, they can view the tickets in their personal request section in the Help Center since they all belong to the same organization. The only issue is that they cannot see the tickets in the knowledge base list.
The users do not have a Confluence license, but since they can access the knowledge base page, I hoped they would also be able to see the table.
I have tried both a table and a database based on the same JQL query. The database works even less than the regular table.
Does anyone have an idea? Could this be a permission issue?
Sure, each user would see the issues in the help center.
But I would like to show these issues in a list format on a knowledgebase article. And this does not work.
Hi,
if the users are in the same organization, you could share the issues across the organization and each user will be able to see the issues in the help center
