For our project it would be important to know the answers to following questions:
1) After a client send a request, can we categorize the questions somewhere?
2) Is there a possibility to extract all requests to use them for data analysis? E.g. Which area of our program raised most questions? Questions to material? Questions to the training?
3) Can we track with Jira, how much time we have spent in the system for different tasks?

R: Yes, you can create a custom field os use labels
2) Is there a possibility to extract all requests to use them for data analysis? E.g. Which area of our program raised most questions? Questions to material? Questions to the training?
R: Yes, export into JQL filters as a CSV file ou using JIRA API
3) Can we track with Jira, how much time we have spent in the system for different tasks?
