Is there a possibility to only let specific agents see specific queues in one project? (E.g. the North-American Agent should only see the North american issues ...)
I ran into the same issue. I have 15 different queues used by different agents and I'd like to set permissions per groups. Anyone found a solution?
No, we never found a proper solution.
For GDPR separation purposed we use automated Security Level assignments, but the queues are still visible to everyone.

I'd like to know this too. I have multiple support teams. My Networking team doesn't need to see the queue that my Help Desk team monitors.
