Hello,
we are working on a different project ( different departments), we need some of our users as agents in some project and as costumers in others, we want to give a customer in a project to have only portal view,
the issue we are facing is that if we put one of our users as agent in one project, automatically, he can visit jira even he is a customer in the other project.
is there a way to prevent a customer in project A to see Jira and to use only the portal even he is an agent in another project?
kind regards,
HI @ali.salem
This user has probably JIRA Service Desk permission in the project. You should review the permission scheme of the project.
Regards
Hi @Florian Bonniec ,
thank you for your reply,
yes, the user needs to have JIRA Service Desk permission in the project because he can raise tickets using the portal,
I want the user to use only the portal in that specific project.
kind regards

So as long as you have Portal access for Browse permission, no need for Service Desk Permission in the project for that.
