Hey,
is it possible to access the ITSM Change Calendar within the jira service management project with a software license?
Cause afaik accessing the calendar with software license and the Service Desk Contributor Role leads to an error which is very unfortunate for us.

No this is not possible this requires a JSM license
If a user in the company is a collaborator on the project, they are able to see the JSM issues and the organization and and request participants on an issue.
They are not able to have access to the service project interface (queues, reports, and SLAs) and can’t work on issues (for example, log work or transition them).
thx for the reply. So that means that i need a JSM License for each person which need to access the change calendar .. thats realy annoying cause i have around 70 Users within the IT Department that should be able to access the calendar, but buying a license for them will be a complete overkill
