Hi,
im as Jira Administrator,
how if user/customer klik User & Accounts (see the picture)
the ticket automation to create 3 subtask and assign automate too PIC i choose
Hi @Blair ,
First of all, you need to make sure that the sub-task issue type is part of the issue type scheme associated with your service project.
Next, you can create an automation rule based on the trigger that an issue is created and the condition that the value of this field equals the value you select.
However, the sub-tasks which will be created will not have a connected request type as they were not created via the portal.
Also, why would you want the customer to be the assignee of those sub-tasks?

a : i mean , customer just send ticket (category : user & account) but when customer klik send , ticket auotmate to create 3 sub task and later mentioned the 3 sub task can automate assign to 3 PIC support

im have a project in portal if user klik send about the ticket (ticket about offboard/disable access account) later the ticket can assign to any asigneer
or

Thank you for clarifying.
With that same automation rule, it is possible (in the Action) to assign an onboarding/offboarding sub-task directly to a pre-defined engineer.

If you don't specify an engineer in the automation rule, you can assign any engineer to the sub-task manually after automated creation of the sub-task.
