How to add a field to the summary screen that appears in the portal when a customer creates a new incident? I want to see the technician assigned to the incident.
If you can't manage to show the desired fields using the standard Jira functionality you can try our add-on Advanced Portal Reports - one of its features allows you to add up to 5 additional fields to the request view (summary screen).
