How do we add the affected services box to a dynamic form?

When it comes to Forms, currently, Affected Services is not a supported field.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

Thank you for your response. I'm guessing my only option would be to create a dummy custom field and an automation rule linking the two then?

Hi Matthew,

By using automation, there is no option to copy a value from a custom field to map to affected services because there are no smart values for affected services, they must be selected from the list.

If on your site there are few affected services, then it could be a simple if-else automation rule, but if there are many it won’t be possible to map a value selected on the custom field to edit the affected services.
