Adding a custom domain for customers

Can I manage who can be a customer for my Jira Service Desk? By only accepting users with the correct domain (TLD) in their email address?

Hello @Hanno-Wybren Mook,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When allowing customers to create their own accounts to raise tickets on the customer portal, currently it’s not possible to restrict by domain.

If we set that they can create their own accounts, anyone that sends an email will have an account created and also it will create a ticket.

We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.

If you have a list of the customers, you can manually add them to the project and let the project closed to only customers admins and agents add, so this will prevent customers from other domains to access the portal.

@Angélica LuzGreat workaround for now. Hoping this will be extendend in the future.
