@Rodriguez, Jhon Ronald -

You will need modify your queue's filtering criteria.

1) Access your specific queue and click on the "..." and select "Edit Queue" option.

2) Customize the "Filter by" with your criteria - You can add the Organizations field via the More button.  However if you are in the Basic mode, you will need to change to "Switch to JQL" to specify the multiple organizations that you want for include.

3) Once switched to JQL (advanced mode) - customize your JQL see example -

4) Save your changes to the queue.

Hope this helps.

@Rodriguez, Jhon Ronald -

In General, the reason why some of the issues shown without Organizations value is because the they are created not from the Portal UI, but created in the Project UI via the Create button/or created via automation rule setup in your JSM project.  Lastly, if the issue was created via the Portal UI, but the "Share with" choice was set to "No One" by the reporter, then the Organizations field will also remain empty.

Example -

You can confirm by finding the issues that got created via the Portal UI, the organizations field is always populated and you will see the they will have the following message - "

raised this request via Portal"
Here is the sample JQL statement that you can use -
project = <your project key> and organizations in (<your org1>, ...)
Hope this helps.

Is there a way to force automatic filled their org,
upon checking from company portal. the default option would be. "No One"

The reason why your default value is set to "No one" is because your global settings for JSM is set to NO

So, if you change it to "Yes", then the default value will be set to Shared with xxxxx.

Once the global configuration is updated, all issues created via the Portal UI will automatically populate the Organizations field unless the reporter changes the Share with prompt to "No one" at the time of issue submission.

Hope this helps.
