Hi, We have integrated Office 365, We have created a template to send email follow-up to approver. Once we send a follow-up email to approver, Approver getting added to request participants list.
Can you please help me. Why this is happening and how can we avoid this?
What process did you setup to send out the reminder email to the approvers? Please advise, so we can assist you better.

Are you saying you have an automation rule created (using automation for Jira) associated with your JSM project?

For the email, did you use the "Send email" action?
