I wanted to ask if when I respond to the client on a task is it possible to do it anonymously so they don't know which agent is working on it.
Unfortunately, this feature isn’t available in Cloud right now. However, there’s a suggestion open for it that you can check out here: Ability to hide agent name in customer portal
Anonymous Reply for JSM, is an app in the Marketplace that can help you to hide the agent name.
