As a Site-Admin I can't add a company managed service project

Hi All,

I've been looking everywhere for every permission and what not,
But it seems really impossible for me to create a company managed service project.
We currently have team managed service projects in place, but i would like to migrate one of the projects towards a company managed service project.
I can't seem to be able to do so even though that for regular Jira Software Projects I AM able to create a company managed project.
I'm a site admin, i can see the billing, and every little detail.
could it be a bug or am I missing something?

thanks,

Wim

There's no "easy" way to migrate a team-managed project to a company-managed project (or vice versa).  You have to create the new project and bulk-move all the issues.

Hi @Robert Wen_Cprime_

thanks for the reply,
I know about the migration, i have read the docs.
But the problem lies in the fact that i just can't make a company managed service project, not even a  new one.
Even though from a licensing point of view all is fine and i'm a Site-Admin which should give me admin rights on everything?

It really feels like a bug to me.

I agree with you, it does appear to be a bug.  Have you contacted Atlassian Support?
