We are rolling out Atlassian assist as a secondary channel for raising support requests but we're seeing some really inconsistent and unreliable behavior from the Slack app. In-channel, everything works as expected. You tag it with the ticket emoji, fill out the ticket and we're notified of the ticket but within the Assist app itself, the big green "Raise a request" button that everyone wants to use just spins and does nothing. It was working perfectly when we initially tested this feature back in October but recently it has just stopped and I can't figure out why. I've removed and reauthorized the app in Slack already so that wasn't the problem and our request types haven't changed since the app was first added so there shouldn't be anything in the backend of our JSM instance that could have broken this.
Any thoughts or recommendations on troubleshooting this?
I ended up turning off the "Hide project during issue creation" radial button in the chat settings and that resolved it.
Having the same issue as of yesterday. More Actions > Raise a request brings up a Slack pop-up window with a spinning progress wheel that never resolves.

The comment I marked as the answer is what resolved it for me. If that's not the case for you I'm not sure where else to look since I kind of stumbled into that solution.

We started experiencing this issue on March 1. The remedy described above does not resolve the issue for us.
