Hi,
In Jira tickets attachments (pictures and videos) do not show to other viewers of the ticket except the creator / reporter in the description section. However, if added in comments then they are visible. Shared a sample ticket, if you want more samples they can be shared as well.

This is an expected behavior, files will only be shared with your customers if you add them in the comment "Reply to Customer" section.

These have been visible in the description and now it seems to be not showing. And at times they are visible.
