eu preciso saber se consigo, através numa automação, compartilhar um ticket com uma organização. A ideia é criar uma Organização, incluir clientes, não agentes, nesta organização, e compartilhar o ticket com essa organização.
É possível fazer isso com uma automação?

Welcome to the community. In automation rule, you can conduct an action "EDIT ISSUE" to populate the "Request Participants" field when there is some type of issue events triggering the rule to be executed. By doing so, you will be able to share the issue with other customers.
