I need use a Cron expression due to the issue will be created automatically at the birthday date.
i test use "every 365 days" but it does not coincide with the exact date of the birthday (due to leap years) and on the other hand I also need to make an automation of this type for a list of 10 people.
In other words, the need is for a request to be generated once a year (on an exact date, birthday) and for said request to be automatically assigned to a list of users and then automatically transition to a state.
Is this possible to do in one automation rule or should I separate the task into several automations?

That's was just an example, you can ignore how my trigger was configured. I believe there's a missing component in your automation rule, specifically a branch. To clarify, the rule should state that the issue being transitioned is the one that's created when the automation triggers. To address this, you'll need to create a new branch.
