Automation for comments (Linked issues)

Hello gurus of Jira.

I tried to find a solution for my issue yet there is nothing specific regarding this...

To sumarise my issue:

I created an automation for Linked Issues where the last comment should be presented with the name of the commentator, on a linked issue. It is a cross-project rule.

Here is a screenshot:

Issue lays in the comment itself. While the rule works, it doesn't works fully. Check this screenshot:

 

My colleague made a comment on linked issue but the comment showed as "Automation for Jira", which is not correct. It should take the comment author name and print it into the comment section of the linked issue.

Any ideas why it works like this or how to improve it? 

EDIT: Ok, I'm just stupid. I competely missed the "triggerIssue" in the first section...

reading your edit here - does that mean your question got solved?

I understand it as you should always use triggerIssue instead of issue. Is that correct?

Indeed the issue was with the "triggerIssue" which should be in the first statement of "Add comment to issue:"

I see the logic behind it as "issue" will take the last user from the linked issue comments as initiator, whereas "triggerIssue" will take the last user from the parent issue where the automation is being triggered, which I needed.

I see I have these moments quite a lot.. Asking for a solution here in Community and right after a few minutes I find and solve the issue by myself -_-

Well, at least you are on the top! :) 

Now I will post another question but that one is more for discussion as it is more complex. And I'm still new to all of this :)
