Automation not working

Larry Vervynckt August 28, 2023

I have created an Automation rule to move a certain request type with a certain component to a Jira service project, It keeps getting an error (see attached picture).  I am putting in comments in the testing steps and Acceptance criteria fields when I enter the test ticket.  I have other automation that works for the same type of automation, just cant figure out they this doesn't.  what am I doing wrong.

thanks.

Larry

Hi @Larry Vervynckt ,

It seems like "Testing Steps" and "Acceptance criteria" CF fields are set as mandatory in
"Story" type.

And asking us to fill it while creating new issue.
Could you please confirm that are you giving the values for those fields in the create issue action

Regards,
Yogesh
