I have created automation for a scheduled ticket.
very basic.
Every month create a ticket and assign to an agent queue. I am trying also to add a watcher but it keeps giving me an error. (Error below)
I am just not sure what to put as the JQL, i tried the subject but it did not work
Error is
It must be the rule actor doesn't have the permission to manage watchers in your JSM project.

In your Create Issue action, you just need to add additional fields in the same action. Your second action Add Watcher usage is incorrect.
In your CREATE ISSUE action configuration, just click on "Choose fields to set" to select the additional fields. NOTE - In JSM, you need to use "Request participants" field as the Watcher field is only for Jira Software projects.

Ohhhh, I see what's happening. You either need to set the watchers as part of the issue creation component OR you need to add a New branch, Branch rule / related issues component before you modify the watchers.
