Hi Merve,
Create an automation rule with a Scheduled trigger and include the JQL for the trigger to identify the issues as you describe in your question.
Then add an action for Transition Issue and select the transition to the Closed status.
Finally, add an action for Comment on issue and add your comment.
Create your rule and if you need some help after that, then post the rule here and we can provide feedback.

Click off the box for Only include issues that have changed.
Also, you need to include the timeframe in your JQL. So add something like
AND (status changed to Closed after startOfDay(-3) OR status changed to Resolved after startOfDay(-3))

Hi Merve, there is an Automation Template already built in the system that's going to get you real close. Look for the 'Templates' tab, then at the bottom click 'See more templates in our automation library'. That should open a new browser tab displaying the 'Jira automation template library'. Scroll down to 'Jira Service Management automations' and click 'see templates' scroll down in that window and the top one in the second column should say 'Auto-close old Jira support tickets'
(Or use this link :) Auto Close Automation
You should be able to enable that automation to get what you're looking for. You can change the wording of the comment if you want.
Hope that helps.
