Behaviour scriptrunner dont work on Jira service desk

Hi community,

I created a script runner side behavior to hide fields based on the value of a previous select field it works on the service desk project but on the customer portal it has no effect.
fields are inserted on a transaction via workflow action .(https://deviniti.com/support/addon/server/actions/latest/transition-configuration/)
Does anyone know how to hide them in this case?

Welcome to the community!

While creating the behavior, I hope you have selected the project and the issue types where this behavior should be applicable.

Note that, there are two different mappings: one for the service desk project and the other for the customer portal.

You will need to define the mapping for both in order for the behavior to work at both places.

Hi @Vamsi Kandala ,

Already done but it doesn't work on the workflow action screen on the customer portal side, despite having added the request type mapping. It seems that li has no effect while on the JSM project it does
