If I search a reporter's name in the quick search, I don't see the tickets they submitted. I only see tickets where the description contains the search terms. This seems really not helpful. Is there a way to fix that, or a better way to go about viewing tickets a reporter has put in?
@AJohnston, it looks like this has been discussed on this question. It looks like you may need to use the format r:accountId to perform the search.
Otherwise you can use the basic/advanced search to find tickets belonging to a specific reporter.
So what I've gotten out of this is that the quick search function is not useful for looking up a tickets by reporter name. That's cool...
