Clique no ícone de engrenagem ao lado do seu Avatar e selecione Problemas.
Na próxima tela do painel à esquerda clique na opção Custom Fields.
Na próxima tela, clique no botão Criar campo personalizado no canto superior direito.
No pop-up, procure Selecionar lista (em cascata). Clique nele e, em seguida, clique no botão Avançar.
Insira o nome do campo e, opcionalmente, uma Descrição para o campo e clique no botão Criar.
A próxima tela que aparece é onde você pode selecionar a tela onde deseja que o campo seja exibido. Marque as telas onde deseja adicionar o campo e clique no botão Atualizar, ou clique no botão Cancelar se quiser adicionar o campo às telas posteriormente.
Neste ponto, você deve ver novamente a tela que lista todos os campos personalizados e possui o botão Criar campo personalizado.
Procure seu novo campo.
Clique no botão ... à direita desse campo e selecione Contextos e valor padrão.
Clique em Editar opções.
É aqui que você edita os valores que estão disponíveis na lista. Comece adicionando os valores de nível superior.
Você pode alterar qual lista deseja editar, selecionando entre as opções de nível superior sob as quais deseja colocar as opções filhas.

Click on the gear icon next to your Avatar and select Issues.
In the next screen in the panel on the left click on the Custom Fields option.
In the next screen click the Create Custom Field button in the upper right corner.
In the pop-up search for Select List (cascading). Click on it, then click the Next button.
Enter the field name and optionally a Description for the field, then click the Create button.
The next screen that comes up is where you can select the screen where you want the field to be displayed. Mark the screens where you want to add the field and click the Update button, or click the Cancel button if you want to add the field to screens later.
At this point you should once again see the screen that lists all the custom fields and has the button for Create Custom Field.
Search for your new field.
Click on the ... button to the right of that field and select Contexts and Default Value.
Click on Edit Options.
This is where you edit the values that are available in the list. Start by adding the top level values.
You can then change which list you want to edit, selecting from among the top level options under which you want to put the child options.
O projeto é gerenciado por uma empresa. No link que enviou encontrei um parágrafo sobre listas em cascata, mas não encontrei uma forma de como configurar uma lista como pai ou filho. Pode me ajudar com isto?
Se você está se referindo a como os valores de nível 1 e nível 2 são exibidos no campo depois de selecioná-los, não conheço nenhuma opção que permita alterar como esses valores são exibidos.

If you are referring to how the level 1 and level 2 values are displayed in the field after you select them, I am not aware of any option that enables you to change how those values are displayed.

Got it, but can I change the layout? As you mentioned, the child option is next to the parent option. I would like it to go down. Do you have any options like this?
