Hi All,
I have 2 JSM projects.
I've created a TEAMS team for each of them and added ASSIST to the first team.
I'm able to convert chats to tickets for this team.
Now, I'd like to connect ASSIST to the second team, but when I try to convert the chat into a ticket, it opens the first team's (=project) request types list.
Is there any way that ASSIST can be added to both teams?

This is currently not possible with native tools.
There is a feature request open to allow for multiple Agent channels per project for JSM Chat.

No, Assist is per project, it can't span multiple projects.
