Can I use insight object as an approval group?

I crated insight like this.

System is mapped to Support Group, and Support Group is mapped to Managers.

I want to add an automation rule to set support group according to user selecting system. If user selected system A, custom filed is selected to support group A.  -> It is tested.

My question is, when support group A is selected, can the mapped manager only transition workflow by validation? Anyone can write a validation script?

do you want to use the nativ JSM approval feature?
If so, you have to use real Jira users. What you can do: Add Jira users to your manager objects and set them according to your manager object in the issue, via automation rule or groovy script.

As I know, JSM approval feature supports only individual user, not multi users. I need to set up multi users.
