The company CEO whants to see all issues from the portal. Te project uses organizations, the CEO belong to all organizacion, so he can acces and see all the issues that belongs to these organizations.
But, I understand that he can not to see private request nor issues whith out request type. I'm wrong? There are somo way to achive my client request?
I think that the only chance is to send a report by a subcription o generate a dashboard.

Is the CEO a Jira Service Desk agent, or just a customer? What sort of format would he like to receive these reports in?

He is not a Service Desk Agent, just a customer. He whant to access to the portal a see all issues, like in the attached file. Now he can see issues from the organizations that he belong to. But he what to see all.

I spent a little while here trying to get your request working with the built in tools. No dice. I guess the question would be WHY he wants to see them all from the portal? I think allowing him to view them from the agent side provides more options for reporting and doesn't alert him for every ticket.

As Kian said it would be good add the CEO as a Jira user to achieve the use case.
