Can non JSM Agent use the Investigate function from the incident issue detail view?

Hi,

Incident response team investigates the incident using deployment history. Then if they don't have Agent license, can they still click Investigate on the incident to view the deployment history of the affected service?

If yes, the design is perfect. If not, it might not be a good design. What do you think?

Try a One Atlassian site - you have the ability to get on set up as a Community Leader. Check with your Community Manager on how to get that. :-)
