I have a condition that only service desk customer can close an issue , so now im trying  to create an automate rule that has to close issue automatically after 24 hours . So now when i make my service desk customer as an actor , it doesn't work , the error appear is (Either you or the rule actor for this rule is missing some required permissions:

  • Demandes de transition

)

But if i delete my workflow condition and make the administrator as an actor , it work . But i dont like that , please i need a help.

Hey Karim,

An option for you that may or may not fit:

We currently add an internal comment when an issue is auto-closed that will basically say 'hey, this was closed by inactivity'

I found it was less important who took the action, but rather that we knew what was happening.

We also added a label to each ticket closed in this manner 'autoclose' that we could refer to and report on.
