Can some one will help me out how to perform datalook up rules for Impact urgency and Priority

Hi,

Can some one will help me out how to perform data look up rules for Impact urgency and Priority.

In change request i am having 3 fields which are Impact Urgency and Priority.

If i change the Impact and Urgency then Priority would be auto filled.

like Impact is 1- High and Urgency is 1- High then Priority would be 1-Critical

Impact is 1- High and Urgency is 2-Medium then Priority would be 2- High

Impact is 1- High and Urgency is 3-Low then Priority would be 3- Moderate

like if i change the Impact and Urgency then Priority would be auto populated.

Auto-populate is still not possible in Jira Cloud. However, soon you will be able to do it with the help of Scriptrunner's behaviour functionality. You can find more details here New Jira Cloud customisation with ScriptRunner Behaviours (adaptavist.com)

Thanks for your response. is it possible if we will have any Add On's or Plugins in required to achieve the same.

please provide me the name of it because currently i am using Trail version of Jira hence i am not having access for the same.
