Can someone please check my JQL query?

Hello,

I have a JQL query that will transition an issue to reopen if status is 'Completed' and status has been changed less than 7 days. If its in completed and status hasn't been changed for more than 7 days it will say.

'This issue is too old to be re-opened.

Is my JQL query correct?

Isn’t it backwards? After -7d is recent. Also, are you only interested in issues where the status changed or could it be any update?

To confirm if Im correct

'Status CHANGED before -7days' means that Status < than 7 days

'Status CHANGED after -7days' means Status > than 7 days

Is that right?
