Can't disable Jira Service Management Features

I'm trying to disable features in Jira Service Management, but I keep getting the we couldn't disable service requests please refresh the page error. Refreshing the page does not change the error from appearing. What else can I do to disable these un-wanted features?

Hope all is well.

If you go into your request type option in project settings and remove the current request build off of the service request issue type you should be able to do this.
I ran into this shortly after the release of the different issue type categories for JSM.

Then try to disable them again.
