Can't find approval on the workflow

Hi Atlassian Expert,

I want to add approval step on the workflow, but I can't find the check box for approval when I setup the workflow.

Can anyone guide me please?

Is the workflow active?  I've found that it doesn't work on inactive workflows.

I have already activated it. Previously when I set up new workflow, I also can find it. But I don't understand why the approval button disappears.
