Can't open service desk portal after changed the JIRA base URL(changed domain name). open service desk portal is blank page which didn't display any info.

Yes, we have changed the base URL of the instance on the general configuration page. the other page can open normally but service desk customer portal open is blank which didn't display any info.
I have upgraded the service desk from 4.13.11 to 4.13.13. but still not work.

This issue has been resolved. Upon inspection it turned out that a configuration file setting on our server was restricting access. Thanks support!
